Smell comes from Power Brush or Tube

Check the power brush
Remove any foreign objects or clogging debris from the brush chamber, dirt channel and the brush connector.

Check the brush roller
1. Remove any hair or debris wrapped around the brush roller.
2. The brush roller can be washed. It should be sun-dried completely before reinstalling, otherwise it’s likely to smell musty.
