Brush Roller not spinning

*Generally, the blockage and poor contact may result in this issue. Please follow the steps below for troubleshooting.

Remove any blockages from the power brush.

Remove any hair wrapped around the brush roller

Clean the contact clips in the main body/dustbin and the pins in the tube with cloth.

*After completing the troubleshooting, please reinstall the unit correctly.
